I don't have a Tatra Shepherd Dof (yet), but when I do get a dog this is the dog for me.
It's totally coincidental that it's a Tatra named for the same mountians that one of my military vehicles is named for.
Instead it was when I meet a Tatra Shepherd Dog that I new that this would be the dog for me, i.e. it's temperament, personality, looks, ...
